A program initially designed to strengthen disaster response in developing countries has unexpectedly become a launchpad for Korea’s fire equipment exports.
One has been taken to hospital after a fire broke out in an apartment building in Dorim-dong, Yeongduengpo District, western Seoul, on Monday at around 4:38 a.m.
